- Hydrogel drug delivery systems (RP Scherer, Controlled Therapeutics, CeNes)
- Rhône Diagnostics (innovative research on monoclonal antibodies led to the creation of Rhône Diagnostics)
Strathclyde Innovations in Drug ResearchStrathclyde Innovations in drug research (SIDR) has operated for 20 years to facilitate interactions between companies and drug researchers at the University of Strathclyde. We have worked with over 50 companies on more than 80 different projects. We would now like to establish a network to promote "knowledge exchange" and make it easier for companies to access academic expertise for topics that concern them. Strathclyde Links - Useful Knowledge for Growing CompaniesStrathclyde Links is a Scottish Government and ERDF funded project set up to help small businesses access University research and consultancy services by facilitating introductions; providing support and funding; as well as networking through a series of events.
